The ranch consists of approximately 13.5 acres of rolling pasture. The property has been cross fenced to provide 16 pastures, 12 of which have shelters and running water. Each pasture leads into a lane (mostly 14-16 feet) to allow the easy movement of livestock by a single person if required. Two sources of water are provided by a well and a cooperative water supply with meter.
